The concept is simple. You create a template, and then merge the patient information with that template to produce a report. You can create as many records as you want and change them at will. You can even opt to have these user records stored automatically with the patient record, accessible at any time from the Time Track.
For example, if you have sent a specimen to the lab, and the results return NAD, while in the patient record, select the user record template which you created for NAD's and the patient information will be merged into the report. You can get as fancy as you want with the report, including pre-printed letterheads.
